County Executive Sue Serino has declared a State of Emergency with Emergency Order Restricting Travel from 9pm Sunday, February 22nd until 9am Monday, February 23rd. 

Due to the severe winter storm expected to bring 12–18 inches of snow and blizzard-like conditions, County Executive Sue Serino has declared a State of Emergency. A travel ban is in effect from 9:00 p.m. tonight through 9:00 a.m. Monday morning.

All Dutchess County offices, including the DMV, will open at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23.

👵 Office for the Aging
All Senior Friendship Centers will be closed on Monday.

🚌 Public Transit Delay
Dutchess County Public Transit will begin service at 11:00 a.m.
