BID NOTICE – VILLAGE OF MILLBROOK- WASHINGTON AVE ROAD WORK

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Millbrook will accept sealed bids for the following road work on Washington Avenue:

1. Remove & replace about 320 feet of storm drainpipe;
2. Replace 4 catch basins with frame & grate, cementing around the new pipe;
3. Backfill with item #4;
4. Replace blacktop pavement.

All activities on site shall be consistent with State and Federal regulations. This job is subject to prevailing wages.

Pre-Bid Site Visit: Please meet Mayor Tim Collopy at the Millbrook Highway Garage located at 46 Russell Knolls, Millbrook, NY 12545 on Thursday, August 1^st, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. 

Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID- Washington Ave Road Work” and must be submitted by August 23^rd, 2024, no later than 2:00 P.M.

The bid opening will take place Friday, August 23^rd, 2024, at 2:30 P.M. at Millbrook Village Hall. Bids to be accepted and awarded at the Village Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for August 28^th, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at the Millbrook Village Hall.

The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and re-advertise.
