PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED that the purpose of the meeting is to hear any and all comments regarding the Eugenia Revson application for an Area Variance for an Accessory Apartment at 3310 Franklin Avenue, parcel #6765-18-495094.
PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED that the purpose of the meeting is to hear any and all comments regarding the Area Variance application to convert an existing detached garage into an accessory apartment at 60 Maple Avenue, parcel #526228.
