PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Village of Millbrook Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM, at the Village Hall, Village of Millbrook, at 35 Merritt Avenue, Millbrook, NY.

PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED that the purpose of this meeting is to hear any and all comments regarding the application by Catherine Fritta for an Accessory Apartment at 92 Maple Avenue, tax parcel #6765-15-575257.

PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED that the purpose of this meeting is also to hear any and all comments regarding the application of Dawn Carolei for 3265 Franklin Avenue to create additional apartments on the second floor of the Reardon Briggs Hardware building, for a total of 6 apartments. Ms. Carolei is also proposing the removal of the structure at 4 Merritt Avenue, and constructing a new building with 4, 1-bedroom apartments.
