Purpose: Create an official Zoning Map that is consistent and correct
Currently the Village of Millbrook has several versions of the ‘official’ zoning map. Having researched and investigated the discrepancies it has been determined that some parcels are not zoned correctly, and a new map is being drawn to reflect the appropriate zone, GB, for the following parcels.
6765-18-402046 – new Crisp Architects – Washington Ave.
6765-18-412037 – Agway building – Washington Ave.
6765-18-483093 – Bake Shop – Franklin Ave.
6765-18-479085 – Taylor Oil
The change to map necessary to reflect the cul-de-sac at the end of Maple Ave. requires a parcel creation in order to be mapped properly – County mapping is parcel based.
