This is a reminder that the Village of Millbrook Snow Ordinance is currently in effect for the winter season, from December 1 through March 31.
Please be advised:

Parking is prohibited on all Village streets between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM during this period.

Vehicles that interfere with snow removal or street cleaning may be ticketed, towed, or plowed in.
In addition, Article 1219 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law prohibits plowing, shoveling, or blowing snow into any street or highway.
These regulations are necessary to ensure safe and efficient snow removal throughout the Village. We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our streets clear and safe for everyone.
