Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Services: Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade
The Village of Millbrook is requesting proposals from engineering firms to provide engineering design services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Upgrade. The Village’s WWTP was built 53 years ago and many of its core components are in need of replacement. The WWTP cannot fully treat all the wastewater that reaches the plant. The project has qualified for funding through the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRF) and/or the Bipartisan Infrastructure Legislation (BIL).
Proposals will be reviewed and selected according to a competitive review process based on technical skills, relevant project experience and knowledge of grant/loan funded projects.
