NEW 25 mph Speed Limit Signs

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the new 25 mph speed limit signs are now installed throughout the village. The speed limit on all Village-owned roads has been reduced to 25 mph, although there is no change to the speed limit on Franklin Avenue since it is a state-owned highway. For the 1st 6 months or so, the new 25mph speed limit signs will also have a black-on-yellow plaque attached above each sign to highlight that the limit has changed. 

At the January 10, 2024 Board of Trustees Meeting the board passed Local Law No. 1 of 2024 Amending Chapter 220 of the Village Code entitled ‘Vehicles and Traffic’ to Reduce the Speed Limit on Certain Village Roads to 25 Miles Per Hour.

 

Emergency Alert 02-21-2025: A water main break has occurred at 164 Nine Partners Lane.  Our water department crew is on location making repairs. Please note that the water will need to be shut off in order to make repairs and should take a few hours to complete. This only affects the residents on Nine Partners Lane.
