Budget meetings will be held at the Village Hall with the exception of the Public Hearing on 4/10 which will be held at the Millbrook Firehouse.

- 3/20 — Highway and Front Office
- 3/27 — Executive Session: Personnel and Salaries
- 4/3 — Total Budget Review: All Department Heads are encouraged to attend

- 4/10 — Regular BOT Meeting: Public Hearing and Approval of Budget
