As of 10:30 pm last night the high chlorine level in the water system had returned to normal level. Upon investigation of the distribution system it was determined that the high chlorine was isolated to only the line leaving the water plant. We tested several locations in the system and found the chlorine to be at normal levels with the exception of the line leaving the water plant. The lines were flushed and the problem was corrected.
